  • Handmade or artisan products may have slight natural variations, which are not considered defects.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Koushiki Vastra reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method, where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Koushiki Vastra shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Koushiki Vastra follows a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Colour preference

  • Design preference

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Any personal preference after purchase

Replacement requests will only be considered for products received in a damaged condition, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Customers must provide:

  • An uninterrupted package opening video beginning from the sealed package.

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without the required opening video or after the specified period will not be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, product photographs, logos, graphics, branding, designs, and other materials, is the property of Koushiki Vastra and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
