At Koushiki Vastra, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. As our products are carefully inspected before dispatch, we maintain a strict Refund & Returns Policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We do not accept returns for products that have been delivered in good condition.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Change in colour preference

  • Change in design preference

  • Incorrect size or product selected by the customer

  • Any other personal preference after purchase

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any products sold through our website.

Refunds will not be processed under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.

Damaged Products

If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, you may request a replacement by following the conditions below:

  • The damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • You must provide an uninterrupted package opening video that clearly shows the sealed package being opened and the damaged product inside.

  • The video must begin before opening the sealed package and continue without any cuts or edits until the product is fully unpacked.

Claims submitted without a valid opening video or after the 24-hour reporting period will not be considered.

Replacement Policy

Once your claim has been received and verified:

  • We will arrange a replacement of the damaged product, subject to stock availability.

  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of similar value at our discretion.

No monetary refund will be issued for damaged products.
