1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • During festive seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

If shipping services are unavailable for a particular location, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Kerala: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of India: 8–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, remote service locations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, occasional delays may occur.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective offer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment details or a tracking number (where available) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery according to their standard delivery procedures.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or any customer-related reason, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information while placing an order.

Koushiki Vastra shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged during transit:

  • Record an uninterrupted package opening video starting from the sealed package.

  • Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted without the required opening video or after the reporting period may not be accepted.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Koushiki Vastra shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier service delays

  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
