We carefully pack every order to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery in 5–10 business days within Kerala and 8–14 business days across the rest of India.

As each purchase is prepared with care, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share an uninterrupted package opening video. Once verified, we'll be happy to arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your garment, we recommend dry cleaning for the first few washes to help maintain the fabric, weave, and zari work. When not in use, store the garment neatly folded in a breathable cotton or muslin bag in a cool, dry place to protect it from dust and moisture. For ironing, use a steam iron or a low-to-medium heat setting on the reverse side of the fabric to retain its finish and elegance for years to come.
